10.16. Door of a cargo compartment

Removal, installation and adjustment

Prevention

Works are carried out together.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Open a door of a compartment and reliably fix.
3. To remove racks of a door of a cargo compartment, turn on top (a photo at the left) and the bottom bolts (a photo on the right).
4. To disconnect sockets of wires of a door, get a sealant.
5. Outline contours of loops on a door and unscrew bolts (are specified by shooters).
6. Installation is carried out upside-down.
7. If it is necessary to replace the door lock, remove the facing panel, a cover of a service opening, a glass fringing, a window regulator and directing (see subsection 10.17).
8. For removal of a pusher unscrew 2 nuts.
9. Remove a pusher and draft of remote opening of a door.
10. The overlay of a niche of registration plate fastens a nut and 5 latches.
11. Unscrew a nut and remove a slip, having hooked a scraper.
12. Unscrew nuts and remove the lock switch, disconnect the socket.
13. Then find draft of the lock and disconnect a cable then disconnect draft.
14. Unscrew 3 bolts (are specified by shooters) and remove the lock.
15. Installation is carried out upside-down.
16. For door adjustment in the direction "back-forward" release nuts of fastening of loops to a body.
17. In easy blows displace a loop in the necessary direction and tighten nuts.
18. For door adjustment in the directions "to the left-to the right" and "up-down" release bolts of fastening of loops to a door, displace a door in the necessary direction and tighten bolts.
19. For adjustment of a clamp of the lock release screws (are specified by shooters).
20. In easy blows displace a clamp before normal gearing with a clamp.
21. Tighten screws.
22. Installation is carried out upside-down.
