1. Disconnect the battery from weight. |
2. Remove the lever. |
3. On rear-wheel cars remove a N2 engine guard. On 4WD cars remove both guards. |
4. Disconnect kardanny (е) a shaft (ы). |
5. Remove a forward exhaust pipe. |
|
|
6. Disconnect a cable or the speedometer socket (a photo at the left). Disconnect the socket of the switch of a backing (a photo on the right). |
|
7. Disconnect wires of the sensor of oxygen, for this purpose unscrew a bolt of an arm of a plait, disconnect other wires on a check point case. The part of plaits is connected by the sockets strengthened in the top part of transmission.
|
|
8. These plaits are necessary for disuniting and taking aside. |
9. On 4WD cars disconnect sockets from a transfer case. |
10. Disconnect the working cylinder of coupling. |
|
11. Unscrew bolts of a case of coupling (are shown by shooters). The coupling case on the Toyota 4 Runner/Hilux/Surf car from a check point of W59 fastens 4 bolts and 2 nuts (2WD and 4WD), on R150 (F) check point – 4 bolts. |
12. Prop up a check point the cart – a jack. |
13. Establish under the engine pallet a jack. |
14. Remove a back cross-piece, having unscrewed 4 through bolts and 4 nuts. |
15. Remove support of a case of a check point. |
16. Remove a starter. |
|
|
17. Unscrew 6 bolts on R150 (F) check point (drawing at the left) or 3 bolts on a check point of W59, fixing check points to the engine (drawing on the right, except bolts of a starter (1)). |
18. Be convinced that all necessary wires are disconnected, and displace a check point back so that primary shaft of a check point left coupling or a coupling case. On 2WD cars it is required to turn a check point on 90 ° clockwise, again to displace back, to lower a check point and to get from under the car. On 4WD cars displace a check point with a transfer case down and back. |
19. On 4WD cars remove from a check point a support and a transfer case. |
20. Examine coupling details. |
