| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight and merge cooling liquid (see subsection 2.33). |
| 2. Remove all belts of hinged units. |
| 3. Remove a casing of the fan and the fan. |
| 4. Remove from the pump a pulley and disconnect hoses (see fig. The pump of cooling liquid on 4-cylinder engines). |

5. Unscrew bolts and remove the pump. |
| 6. Carefully clear the demountable plane of a cover of the laying remains. |
| 7. Installation is carried out upside-down. Bolts tighten with the set moment. |

| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight and merge cooling liquid. |
| 2. Remove a gear belt. |
| 3. Remove an arm of the generator and remove from the pump the thermostat. |
| 4. Disconnect from the pump a hose of N2 of a cooler. |
| 5. Unscrew bolts and remove the pump (see fig. Bolts of the pump of 3,0 l). Disconnect hoses. |
| 6. Carefully clear the demountable plane of a cover of the consolidation remains. |
| 7. Installation is carried out upside-down. On the plane of the pump put the hermetic roller. Bolts tighten with the set moment. Keep in mind that bolts of the pump of the engine of 3,0 l have the different sizes (see fig. Bolts of the pump of 3,0 l). |
