GENERAL INFORMATION

Details of a rack of a forward suspension bracket

Prevention

Keep in mind that procedure of removal of springs the extremely dangerous. For compression of springs use the regular checked adaptation.

At replacement of springs or shock-absorbers separately consider that cost of separate details is only not much lower than racks assembled.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a front of the car and remove forward wheels.
2. Unscrew a nut (it is specified by an arrow) and a bolt of fastening are resistant to the bottom lever.
3. Unscrew three nuts of fastening of a rack to a frame arm (are specified by shooters).
Prevention

The central nut not to turn on.
4. Remove a rack.
5. Check a condition of shock-absorbers, existence of dents, cracks and leak traces.
6. Check a condition of rounds of springs and durability of basic cups.
7. At detection of damages shock-absorbers and springs replace.
8. A new rack establish upside-down.
9. Clamp the lower part of a rack in a vice through laying.
10. Compress a spring by means of the adaptation so that to release the top plate.
11. Turn out a rod nut, a key holding a rod from a provorachivaniye.
12. Remove a plate, a pillow and the top cup.
13. Remove the compressed spring and put in a safe place.
14. Remove the bottom plate and a pillow.
15. Check a condition of pillows and the plates, the damaged details with cracks and deformations replace.
16. Assembly and installation are carried out upside-down.
