2.18. Check of level of oil in a manual transmission
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the car on a viewing hole, a platform, or on supports, having tracked that the car settled down horizontally.
2. Unscrew a stopper of a control opening in a check point case (A – a control / refueling opening, In – a drain opening in a check point case).
3. Having pushed in an opening a finger, be convinced to the touch that level of oil is about bottom edge of an opening.
4. If oil level insufficient, add oil of the necessary brand through a control opening.
5. Tighten a stopper. Be convinced of lack of a leak throughout several km of run.
