3.1.11. Oil pallet

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Put the car on the hand brake and block back wheels.
3. Lift a car front.
4. Remove mud guards of the engine.
5. Merge oil and remove the oil filter. Remove a masloukazatel.
6. Remove the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
7. Remove exhaust pipes.
8. Remove a cross-piece, having unscrewed bolts (are specified by shooters).
9. Remove an arm of the compressor of the conditioner
10. Remove the generator and an arm.
11. Remove the sensor of rotation of the crankshaft.
12. Remove the left and right intensifying plates, having unscrewed bolts (are specified by shooters).
13. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a case of transmission (are specified by shooters).
14. Unscrew pallet bolts.
15. Incline and remove the oil pallet.
16. Remove a maslopriyemnik, having unscrewed bolts (are specified by shooters).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove from the demountable planes of the block of cylinders and the pallet the consolidation remains. Wash out the condensed planes solvent.
2. Be convinced of purity of carving openings in the block of cylinders.
3. Check existence on the demountable plane of the pallet of deformations, especially about openings under bolts. If necessary отрихтуйте plane hammer.
4. Check a condition of a maslopriyemnik, existence on it of cracks and a contamination of the filter of rough cleaning.
5. At assembly establish new laying of a maslopriyemnik.
6. Put the hermetic roller in diameter about 3 mm on the condensed plane of the pallet, leading round openings from the inside.
Prevention

The detail should be established no later than 5 minutes after hermetic drawing.
7. Carefully establish the pallet and wrap bolts. In three-four receptions tighten pallet bolts with the set moment, beginning an inhaling in the central part.
8. Further assembly are carried out upside-down. Fill in oil in the engine and replace the filter. Replace laying of an exhaust pipe of the exhaust silencer.
9. Start the engine and be convinced of lack of leaks.
