Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight. |
| 2. Merge oil and cooling liquid. |
| 3. Lift a car front. |
| 4. Remove the bottom guards. |
| 5. Remove a broad tank of a radiator. |
| 6. Turn out candles and remove all belts of a drive. |
|
7. Отрвернув bolts (are specified by shooters), remove the compressor of the conditioner and take aside, without disconnecting from the highway. |

8. Remove the generator, a roller of a natyazhitel and an arm (bolts of the bottom arm are specified by shooters). |
| 9. Remove a drive cruise control (if it is provided). |
| 10. Disconnect the bottom hose of a radiator and remove the pump of cooling liquid. |
| 11. Establish the piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT of a step of compression. |
| 12. Remove a head of cylinders. |
| 13. Remove the pallet. |
|
14. Fix a crankshaft pulley to unscrew a bolt. |
|
15. Unscrew a bolt and remove a crankshaft pulley. |
|
16. Unscrew bolts (shooters) and nuts of a cover of a chain. |
|
17. Carefully uncover. |
|
18. Remove a chain and an asterisk. |
| 19. Remove uspokoitel and details of a natyazhitel. |
|
Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check a condition of a chain and uspokoitel. Worn-out details replace. In case of strong wear of uspokoitel remove and clear the pallet and a maslopriyemnik. |
|
2. Check work of a plunzher. Plunzher should move freely at the taken-away clamp.

3. Check work of a clamp of a natyazhitel. The plunzher should hold a clamp reliably. |
| 4. Check purity of a jet of an oil nozzle. |
|
Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Clear a forward part of the engine, a chain and a cover, establish a nozzle. The nozzle should be turned towards a chain. |

2. Put on a chain a cam-shaft asterisk, having combined links with distinctive labels on the leader and conducted asterisks. Press out a chain, having tied up a strong tape. |
|
|
3. Combine a link with a distinctive label (it is specified by an arrow) with a groove under a crankshaft shponka (is specified by an arrow) and put on a leading asterisk. |
| 4. Put on a cover the hermetic roller, be convinced available all laying and establish a cover (during no more than 5 mines after drawing), having entered the roller of a leading rotor of the oil pump into gearing with a leading gear wheel of the crankshaft. |
| 5. Wrap bolts and tighten with the set moment (see subsection 3.1.1). Bolts of fastening of a cover of the chain, differing in the sizes, are specified fig. Designation of bolts of a cover of a chain differing by the sizes. Remove a chain binding. |
| 6. Establish other details upside-down. Be convinced of correctness of installation of a cover, fill system of cooling with liquid, fill in oil. Start the engine, be convinced of lack of a leak. Establish the moment of ignition and carry out test of road performance of the car. |
