GENERAL INFORMATION
Prevention

On a part of Toyota 4 Runner/Hilux/Surf cars the printing aerial is established, all works on which service are carried out in car-care center.

Removal and installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the receiver and disconnect the tip. Disconnect all latches and brackets on the aerial route. Attach to the aerial a wire (cord) in length about 1,5 m.
Stationary aerial
2. Unscrew an aerial mast.
3. Unscrew a basis nut, disconnect the basis and extend a cable so that the auxiliary wire seemed.
4. Attach to a cable of the new aerial a wire and involve a cable.
5. Installation is carried out upside-down.
The aerial with the electric drive
Prevention

Works are carried out together.
6. Transfer the ignition key to the situation LOCK.
7. Unscrew a nut of the basis of the aerial.
8. Operating at the same time (together with the assistant), press the AM/FM buttons of the receiver and transfer the ignition key to situation ASS, – during this moment it is necessary to hold the aerial. The aerial will be put forward and completely leaves the electric motor winch. Remove a mast, the ignition key should be in situation ASS still.
9. Remove three latches (are specified by shooters) internal panel of a wheel niche in an aperture between a wheel and a wing, get the panel, disconnect the socket.
10. Unscrew a bolt of fastening and remove the aerial electric motor.
11. Attach to a cable of the new aerial a wire and involve a cable in salon.
12. Establish the electric motor.
13. Establish an aerial mast so that a teeth on a cable was turned forward.
14. Wind a cable and involve a mast for what transfer the ignition key to the situation LOCK (if the key was already transferred to this situation from situation ASS, execute actions (see the item 8). If the cable is not taken up, повращайте it in the arrow direction.
15. Wrap a basis nut even if the mast completely was not involved. Press buttons of a choice of ranges on the receiver and the aerial will be involved.
16. Further installation is carried out upside-down.
