Numbering of conclusions of the switch of the electric motor of mirrors

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The drive of a mirror is carried out from 2 electric motors of vertical and horizontal shift.
2. Include ignition (the engine not to start) and lower lateral glasses. The selector which has been built in in the switch, include the necessary mirror and check work of a drive of the right and left mirrors, displacing them to the right and to the left, up and down. Hear to operation of electric motors.
3. If operation of electric motors is listened, and the mirror does not move, the drive mechanism in a mirror is faulty. Remove a mirror and disassemble.
4. If operation of electric motors is not listened and mirrors do not move, check a safety lock.
5. If the safety lock is serviceable, get the switch, without disconnecting wires. Include ignition and check tension on the switch. If tension is not present, check wires from a safety lock to the switch. Otherwise check the switch for what execute the following actions (see fig. Numbering of conclusions of the switch of the electric drive of mirrors).
Left mirror
6. In the position UP of the switch the chain should be between conclusions 6 and 10, and also between conclusions 1 and 9.
7. In the position DOWN of the switch the chain should be between conclusions 1 and 10, and also between conclusions 6 and 9.
8. In the position LEFT of the switch the chain should be between conclusions 5 and 9, and also between conclusions 6 and 10.
9. In the position RIGHT of the switch the chain should be between conclusions 5 and 10, and also between conclusions 6 and 9.
Right mirror
10. In the position UP of the switch the chain should be between conclusions 6 and 10, and also between conclusions 1 and 9.
11. In the position DOWN of the switch the chain should be between conclusions 1 and 10, and also between conclusions 6 and 9.
12. In the position LEFT of the switch the chain should be between conclusions 5 and 9, and also between conclusions 6 and 10.
13. In the position RIGHT of the switch the chain should be between conclusions 5 and 10, and also between conclusions 6 and 9.
14. If results of checks negative, the switch replace.
15. Attach the switch. Find a wire from the switch on weight. Without disconnecting the switch close a crossing point this wire on weight. If the mirror works normally with a crossing point, repair "regular" connection with weight.
16. If the mirror does not work, disassemble a mirror and check tension existence on wires. Include ignition and transfer the switch to all provisions, checking tension. On one of wires from the switch there should be a tension in each its situation (except for the situation Off).
17. If tension is absent, check a chain from a mirror to the switch.
18. If tension is, check the electric motor, having arrived as follows (see fig. Numbering of conclusions of the switch of the electric motor of mirrors).
19. Check mirror moving to the left for what connect a crossing point (+) - a battery conclusion to a conclusion 3, and (-) - a conclusion – with a conclusion 1.
20. Change polarity and be convinced that the mirror moves to the right
21. Check mirror moving up for what connect a crossing point (+) - a battery conclusion to a conclusion 2, and (-) - a conclusion – with a conclusion 1.
22. Change polarity and be convinced that the mirror moves down.
23. If results of checks negative, a mirror assembled replace.
