Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove covers of heads of cylinders of engines.
2. Establish the piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT of a step of compression.
3. Removal order: fixing of a spring of a gear wheel, removal final, then inlet cam-shafts.
4. Combine labels, if necessary tighten a cam-shaft. Keep in mind that an external cam-shaft – final. The left and right parts are specified on a car course.
5. Attach an auxiliary gear wheel of a final cam-shaft to the main gear wheel in advance prepared bolt with carving М6 and length of 15-20 mm (see fig. Fixing of a conducted gear wheel).

Prevention

Remove cam-shafts keeping their parallelism of the plane of a head of cylinders as the axial gap is very small and the slightest inclination of a shaft can lead to breakages.

6. Gradually release bolts of covers of a final cam-shaft as it should be the return specified (see fig. Order of a tightening of bolts of covers of a final cam-shaft).
7. Carefully remove covers, keeping their horizontal situation and get a final cam-shaft.
8. Similarly release bolts of covers of an inlet cam-shaft as it should be the return specified (see fig. Order of a t
