Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight. |
| 2. Remove the leveling chamber (see subsection 5.11.5). This procedure quite difficult therefore attentively familiarize with instructions in the real management, designate all hoses and wires. |
| 3. Remove from wire candles. |
| 4. Designate and disconnect from a cover all hoses and wires and take aside. |

| 5. Unscrew bolts of covers of heads of cylinders. In drawing 11 bolts of covers of heads of cylinders of the engine of 3,0 l, in drawing on the right – bolts of covers of heads of cylinders of the engine of 3,4 l at the left are represented. |
| 6. Remove covers. If the cover does not give in, displace it in hammer blows through a soft pro-rate, or carefully open consolidation by a shpatel. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Carefully clear condensed surfaces of a cover and a head of cylinders, remove oil traces. |
|
2. Put hermetic on semicircular caps and establish them on a head of cylinders, put hermetic on flat sites of caps. Places of drawing of hermetic on engines of 3,0 l are designated (1).

3. Put hermetic on semicircular caps and establish them on a head of cylinders, put hermetic on flat sites of caps. Places of drawing of hermetic on the engine of 3,4 l are designated by shading. |
| 4. Lay on a cover new laying, establish a cover, sealing washers and wrap nuts. On the engine of 3,4 l replace a sealant of casings of candles. |
| 5. Evenly tighten cover bolts with the set moment in 3-4 stages. |
| 6. Establish other details, start the engine and be convinced of lack of a leak. |
