8.8. Main cylinder of brakes

 Removal and installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Substitute under the cylinder the pallet or spread rags.
2. Disconnect the socket from a tank.
3. Release the union of tubes on the main cylinder (it is recommended to release an alligator wrench). To the amplifier of brakes the cylinder fastens two nuts (are specified by shooters). Disconnect and muffle tubes.
4. Unscrew 2 nuts of fastening of the cylinder to the vacuum amplifier and remove the cylinder.
5. Merge from a tank the liquid remains.
6. At installation fill the cylinder with liquid, – this measure considerably reduces time of pumping of brakes. Clamp the cylinder in a vice for a flange, fill in in a tank liquid and press the piston a big krestovy screw-driver. At an otpuskaniye of the piston clamp fingers of an opening of unions. Having pressed the piston several times, close openings caps.
7. Establish the cylinder upside-down. Remove air from a hydraulic actuator.
