GENERAL INFORMATION

The scheme for check of rotation of the electric motor of a screen wiper with small speed

The scheme of check of shutdown of the electric motor in the provision of a self-locking device


Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect a crossing point (+) - a battery conclusion to a conclusion 2, and (-) - a conclusion – with the electric motor case (see fig. The scheme for check of rotation of the electric motor of a screen wiper with small speed). The electric motor should rotate with small speed.
2. Connect (+) - a battery conclusion to a conclusion 1, and (-) - a conclusion – with the electric motor case. The electric motor should rotate with a high speed.
3. Start the electric motor with small speed, and disconnect a crossing point from a conclusion 2 in any situation except a self-locking device. Connect conclusions 2 and 3 and запитайте a conclusion 4 (concerning the case). The electric motor should be disconnected in a self-locking device position (see fig. The scheme of check of shutdown of the electric motor in the provision of a self-locking device).
4. If results these checks negative, the electric motor replace.

Replacement of the electric motor of a forward screen wiper

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a lattice of an air inlet and disconnect the electric motor socket.
2. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a screen wiper (bolts are specified by shooters).
3. Get the electric motor and deduce the lever from gearing with draft.
4. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove draft.
5. Installation is carried out upside-down.
