7.2.6. Coupling hydraulic actuator

Air removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Pumping of system is required every time after carrying out dismantling and assembly of the highway of a hydraulic actuator of coupling.
2. Fill a tank with fresh brake liquid (use of the fulfilled liquid is forbidden).
3. Lift the car.
4. Remove a cap, dress on the cylinder union a hose. Lower other end a hose in capacity filled with brake liquid 5 see.
5. Ask the assistant to press a coupling pedal to the full and unscrew the pumping union on 1/2 turns. Tighten the union at the end of a pedal course according to the assistant. Ask the assistant to release a pedal slowly.
6. Repeat procedure until then while the hose will not cease to leave air vials. Constantly watch level – the tank should be completely filled with liquid.
7. At the pressed pedal tighten the union, dress a cap and lower the car. Restore liquid level in a tank.
